How to clean the fryer machine

 
 
Whether it is for home or restaurant or factory fryers, such as some automatic frying machines are easily stained with a lot of edible oil and food residue, and the cleaning is a very challenging job. 1.Clean up your frying machine as needed. If you frequently use your fryer, replace the oil, and clean the pot every few days, it will prevent the accumulation of a large number of more difficult to clean up the dirt. if you use a frying machine every few weeks, you should clean it every time you use it.
2.Pull off the plug and let the fryer cool. Do not clean the fryer before power off. Allow oil to cool completely to avoid scalding. Don't add water to a container filled with hot oil in the mixture is prone to explosion.
3.Pour out all the oil. If you want to continue to use the oil, it will be poured in safe containers for food, cold sealing, otherwise, you should use these edible oils for other purposes or discard them in a sealed condition.
4.Use a wet towel to clean the fryer. detergent in wet towel.Wipe the fried surplus of edible oil and food residue. If the oil has agglomerate, scrape it down with a scraper or a small shovel , but be careful not to damage the surface of the fryer.
5.Don't forget to clean the filter, conveyor belt and other assembly which contact the oil.If necessary, cleaning the fryer heating element, use paper towels to wipe oil.Be careful not to bend or damage any part during the process of oil contamination.
6.Filled frying machine with hot water. immersion frying machine for 30 minutes.
7.Discharge hot water, wash repeatedly until the machine is clean.
